If a game needs to be rescheduled:
Contact the coach of the opposing team and let them know that you need to reschedule. This is best done through email with a reply showing the date that agreements were made.
 

Once both coaches agree that the game should be postponed and rescheduled, it is up to the home team to contact the assignor. Send game reschedule requests to verdigrissoccerclub1@gmail.com  This must be done before midnight on the Wednesday prior to the game. Referees are paid if the game is not cancelled in time. The team responsible for the late cancellation will be responsible to pay the ref when the game is played

If you have a problem contacting a coach, please let us know early in the week and we will contact their club. and get back to you asap.
